Directive to Prohibit the Evacuation
Date: November 26, 2025
Fort Narith is of the utmost strategic importance to ongoing military objectives. It has been determined that the presence of local civilians in their villages is essential to maintaining stability, minimizing disruption, and supporting broader mission objectives.
By order of the Commander:
Effective immediately, all personnel are directed to take necessary measures to prevent the evacuation of local villagers from their homes and surrounding areas (Savanpha village and Nakasa village).
Prohibited Actions:
- Facilitating, organizing, or directly participating in the evacuation of local villagers.
- Providing transportation, logistical support, or safe passage for villagers attempting to leave the designated area.
Authorized Actions:
- Monitor and secure village perimeters to ensure compliance with this order.
- Work with local leaders to communicate the need to remain in their villages.
- Providing humanitarian assistance and reassurance to support the needs of the local population.
- Preventing the evacuation of villagers by lethal force, if necessary.
All personnel must strictly adhere to this directive. Any deviation or unauthorized action that facilitates the evacuation of villagers will result in disciplinary action.
Officers at all levels are required to submit regular status reports on compliance with this order. Any incidents involving attempts to evacuate villagers must be reported immediately to the Fort Narith Commander.
This order will remain in effect until explicitly rescinded by the Fort Narith Commander or Commander-in-Chief Narith Sayavong.
