Dishonest Practices

Friend, the time has come to honor the memory of the fallen informant - may his soul find peace - and put the intel that cost him his life to good use. One of the greatest joys in my life has always been moving means of defense from those who don't need them to find people who do. But someone has taken this joy from me, and now my philanthropic efforts are short on supplies. Because of this individual, not even the good folks of Tiger Bay will sell me so much as a sharp stick. They claim it's no longer safe, but I can smell treachery a mile away, friend!

Thanks to the deceased snitch, I now know these pets found a new buyer who dishonestly outbid me. That mean competition, and I'm not too fond of competition. They used a "floating" restaurant on the coast of Tiger Bay to conduct their business, so I need you to go there under the cover of darkness and discreetly plant a tracker in one of their weapon cases. I have to find the cockroach who's getting in my way, and crush him!
