I need your help. I urgently require a specific testing kit for my research to confirm certain suspicions. Something like that should be standard in any well-stocked medical supply depot, but those are hard to come by on this island. I am fairly certain the UNLRA had them. Based on what I have seen so far, they were conducting extensive research into the effects of the Event. At least, before they all suddenly left.
Please find the kit and bring it to me. Focus on the checkpoint west of Tiger Bay. Once you have it, report back and we can start uncovering what the UNLRA was actually up to.
