I can't believe I'm doing this again. I was contacted by a distraught woman from the mainland. Her husband worked ass a UNLRA peacekeeper but didn't return with the rest. She hasn't been able to get any information from official places, so she is trying to get answers through us. What interests me the worst is that the man revealed to her that he visted some "dangerous area" northwest of Tiger Bay. I suspect he was talking about Ground Zero, so it is possible that he was left behind on purpose. Something might have happened to him, just like to the rest of the people affected by the enigmatic place. Of course, I didn't' say that out loud, it's still just a hypothesis, but we should not set our hopes too high.
According to her, he spent most of his time patrolling near the refugee camp in Tiger Bay, so please look for him there.
