What Was Left

We have one last thing to finish before moving our investigation elsewhere. I want to identify at least some of the people who went missing. Even if saving them seems impossible right now, we still have to try. If nothing else, their identities could service as evidence and bring some closure to their families and loved ones.

I'm sure there's a place in the Lagoon where they store personal documentation of the tourists after kidnapping them .. I just hope they're oblivious to our investigation and aren't planning to close shop and move somewhere else with all the evidence. If that's the case, search the entire area carefully, focusing on any places they might pack the documents before leaving.
