There's no reason to panic
November 26, 2025
"Undoubtedly, an unwarranted panic is spreading throughout our society. Lies and delusions have infected the minds of our fellow citizens and are eating away at the community we have so long built together. Do not be fooled by rumors that have no basis in reality. Our country has never been better."
These are the words of Vice President Jan Park, and we have to agree. As journalists with a duty to present truthful information and news to our fellow citizens, we are compelled to make a similar statement to our readers. There is no indication that anything unusual is happening. We are one of the safest countries in the world, and no one will divide our community.
Obey All Orders from the Armed Forces
There have been recent incidents where civilians failed to comply with instructions from police and military personnel. We remind all citizens that order must be maintained, especially during these exceptional circumstances.
Respect the law. Cooperate fully. This situation is temporary, and with unity and discipline, normal life will resume soon.
Commentary by Khamphanh Vongphachanh
My fellow citizens — can’t you see what’s happening right before your eyes? Isn’t it obvious that everything we’ve witnessed is part of a psychological war waged by foreign intelligence agencies?
They’ve tried everything: lies, slander, persecution. But they haven’t broken us. We are strong. We are united.
Do not let the colonizers — those parasites — tear apart our beautiful homeland. They want us gone. They send their lackeys, the so-called United Nations Lamang Relief Agency, to do their dirty work. And when your homes are abandoned, they’ll move in and call upon their armies to claim whatever is left.
Make no mistake: the West is eager to colonize us once again.
DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES!

Film Review by Nok Dam — Wicked: For Good
This film is as dreadful as the situation Lamang now faces under the weight of Western oppression. The first installment was already a slog — forgettable songs and shallow, millennial-grade writing — and the sequel offers nothing but more of the same.
Curse the creators of this mess. I was forced to sit through it during one of the darkest chapters in our island’s history.
