Enigmatic UNLRA

I urgently need your help, and time is not on our side.

According to the civilians I’ve been helping, the UNLRA has been aggressively taking samples from the refugees. Why? I’m still not sure, though I have some theories. One of the poor souls left on the island swore he overheard UNLRA personnel arguing during the chaos. They were debating what to do with some of the samples and said they didn’t need to collect everything - they had “enough for a lifetime” and needed more space for the refugees.

This could be our chance to uncover more of the truth surrounding this land. Those samples might answer questions we’ve been asking for far too long. But we have to act fast. Tiger Bay is crawling with brutes who wouldn’t think twice about destroying something priceless if they thought they could trade it for a bottle of booze. It means nothing to them, but to me, this data is invaluable.

As I said, this is an emergency. Bring a team so you can move quickly. There should be two boxes containing the samples. One is in the UNLRA HQ - it might be locked, so check the UNLRA dorms in the northeast part of Tiger Bay for a code. The second box should be at the refugee camp. The same one where my source said they took his blood.

Once you’ve secured both boxes, stash them in the back of a truck parked in front of a large warehouse west of Tiger Bay Central. Don’t worry, the samples will be safely delivered to me, but this stays off the record for now. I need to analyze them before filing an official report.

When you're done, follow the road west and meet up with your team at the UNLRA checkpoint behind the bridge.

Thank you again for your help and your trust.
