Hey, man. Listen, the longer we are here, the more I have the feeling that this shit doesn't add up. I feel like there's something wrong here, but I can't put my finger on it. The UNLRA's "humanitarian" mission just months before the Event... it's far too convenient, don't you think?

Don't get me wrong, this fucking country needed outside intervention like no other, but the UNLRA being here and barely lifting a finger? That's a red flag if I ever saw one.

I'm pretty sure you and I are thinking the same thing, so I want you to head out and investigate the area around Tiger Bay. That place is swarming with hostiles, so keep your head down. Try searching the UNLRA checkpoints on the south main road leading to Tiger Bay. I bet there's paperwork lying there that will shed some light on this fucking mess.

• Locate intel at the southern UNLRA checkpoint
• Gather intel from the first LAF checkpoint in Tiger Bay
• Gather intel from the second LAF checkpoint in Tiger Bay
• Locate an active UNLRA terminal inside their HQ at Tiger Bay
• Search the UNLRA container dorms and find out what happened to R. Taylor
• Use the security card to access the terminal and download the data from the server
• Find R. Taylor's security card
