text=All that shit about the UNLRA still haunts me, buddy. It keeps me awake. We need to know what they were really doing; that way, we can unravel some of th4e strange events we've been facing. It seems that all this humanitarian nonsense was just a cover for their true intentions. But what are they? What was so important that they created an entire UN Specialized Agency?

It really feels like the UNLRA knew something was going too happen and were prepared from the beginning. Yet they didn't stay, even though they had been operating in this area for a long time before. What the hell happened that made them feel the need to leave the island in such a hurry?

Head to Tiger Bay and investigate their HQ. Keep your eyes open for any good source of intel - an entire computer would doo nicely. Chances are they only used them as terminals for safety reasons, but if you manage to connect to their server, then we are fucking golden, my man.

• Locate an active UNLRA terminal inside their HQ at Tiger Bay
• Search the UNLRA container dorms and find out what happened to R. Taylor
• Use the security card to access the terminal and download the data from the server
• Find R. Taylor's Security Card
